Durant el tercer dia a la ciutat del Tàmesi, els alumnes del col·legi CIDE s’ho han passat de por a The London Dungeon, una coneguda atracció turística que recrea els episodis més sagnants i esgarrifosos de la història de Londres mitjançant grans actors, decorats realistes, efectes especials i sentit de l’humor. Seguidament, els nostres estudiants s’han passejat per l’àrea de Westminster amb l’objectiu de contemplar i fotografiar el majestuós Big Ben. A continuació, els escolars mallorquins han tornat a pujar al metro per dirigir-se cap a Piccadilly Circus, una il·luminada i concorreguda plaça situada al West End de la capital britànica, on han aprofitat per comprar diversos records i regals per a amics i familiars. Finalment, els pupils d’intercanvi s’han desplaçat fins a Westfield, un enorme centre comercial on han dinat junts i han gaudit d’un horabaixa de compres.
During their third day in London Town, CIDE students have had a terrific time in The London Dungeon, a must-see attraction that brings together an amazing cast of theatrical actors, special effects, stages, scenes and rides in a truly unique and exciting journey through 1000 years of London’s murky past. Afterwards, the Majorcan pupils have used the underground to make their way to Piccadilly Circus, a popular road junction and public space of London’s West End where they have bought several souvenirs and gifts for their relatives and friends. Finally, the group has visited Westfield, a large shopping centre where they have had lunch and enjoyed a leisurous afternoon.
